    Directions

    Step 1

    用腌料腌石斑鱼柳10分钟。Marinade Garoupa fillets with marinates for 10 minutes.

    Step 2

    把烤炉预热至250℃,放入鱼柳烤7分钟至熟。Heat up the oven at 250℃. bake the fish for 7 minutes till cooked.

    Step 3

    把柚汁材料和调味料混合均匀后收入冰箱冷藏。For sauce,mix all sauce ingredient and seasoning till well combined,keep into fridge leave to cool.

    Step 4

    把烤鱼放入碟子里,淋上柚子酱汁即可。Arrange the fish into serving platter,pour over the special sauce and serve.
